Updated over a week ago

If you need to reset your Two-Factor Authenticator (2FA), please follow these steps:

  1. Take a photo of yourself holding your ID and a piece of paper with the following information written on it:

    • Your full name

    • "2FA Reset"

    • Today's date and year

  2. Ensure that the ID document you use is one of the following:

    • Government-issued photo-based ID

    • Passport

    • Driver license

If you are a verified user, make sure that the ID you use for the photo is the same as the one you used to complete the "Verified" level of KYC.

  3. Send the image to support@destinyx.com with the subject line: "2FA RESET"

Please note that the process may take up to 7 working days, and in some cases, it may take longer. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

💡 Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. This can help prevent unauthorised access to your account, even if your password is compromised. It is an important security measure that can greatly reduce the risk of identity theft, fraud, and other types of cyberattacks.
